DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-20 · dl.oliprok.sk

dl.oliprok.sk hosts no content. The service stores nothing, indexes nothing and publishes no library of media. It fetches a file from a URL supplied by a user, streams it to that one user, and deletes it immediately. There is therefore normally nothing on our systems to take down — but we act on valid notices all the same, as described below.

1. Copyright disclaimer

All trademarks, service marks and platform names — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and others — belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Users are told plainly, on every page, to download only material they own or are permitted to save. Using the service to copy protected works without permission breaches our Terms of Service.

2. Sending a takedown notice

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and believe the service has been used to infringe it, send a written notice to legal@oliprok.sk with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list);
  3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the exact URL, and where relevant the date and approximate time of the request;
  4. your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed promptly, normally within a few business days. Because no media is retained, the usual remedy is blocking the identified URL or source pattern so that the service refuses to process it, and where appropriate blocking the requesting account or address. You will receive a reply describing what was done.

4. Counter-notice

If access was blocked because of a notice you believe to be mistaken or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the block resulted from a mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

6. Repeat infringers

Access is terminated, in appropriate circumstances, for users who repeatedly attempt to use the service to infringe copyright.
