Pull the video out of any public post on X — the platform formerly known as Twitter. Both x.com and the old twitter.com addresses work, and so do links to a reply or a quote post. Where X offers several bitrates the full list is shown, so you can take the sharpest one instead of whatever the timeline decided to autoplay. Animated GIFs come back as MP4, which is how X stores them internally.
